False Eyelashes

One of the interesting aspects of bridal makeup or any makeup is custom false lashes which have suddenly started to trend.

False eyelashes can help you give a more glamourous look, and when paired with makeup, works like magic. You can either use strip false lashes or even create custom individual eyelashes depending on your original volume. Whether you opt to get it done by a bridal makeup artist, or do it yourself it will only add on to the complete look.

How to create custom false eyelashes?

Finding the perfect pair of false lashes is a tricky job. Some might be too thick or some too thin. Luckily, it is very easy to customize them into the perfect kind you’re looking for.

• Find your suitable pair, whichever brand you like
• Trim the excess part off
• Apply lash glue using a thin brush
• Carefully place the lash strip closer to your own lash line with eyelash applicators.

How to put them on?

Putting them on yourself may be a little difficult since most people have sensitive eyes. Use a lash glue to apply it on the lid of eyelashes, wait about 30 secs for the lash glue to get a little tacky. Then using your fingers simply place it on your eyelid. You can also use a lash scissor to clip them on. For best results, apply mascara before and after (yup, after too!)

How to remove false lashes?

The easiest way to remove them is to use a makeup remover applied on a cotton ball. Hold it against your eye until the lash slides off. Be careful not to break your natural hair.

How many times can you reuse false lashes?

As much as you adore your look in false lashes, you know they won’t last forever. A false lash could only be used a maximum three times until they expire. Some may last longer than that however for hygiene reasons using them more than three times is not recommended.
